Administrative Officer (Ref.:AO(IA))

The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake urban renewal in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a holistic approach to urban renewal with redevelopment and rehabilitation as its core businesses.

Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support and secretarial services to the Internal Audit Department (IAD), e.g. preparation of PowerPoint presentation and IAD internal meeting minutes, etc.

• To provide logistics support to the Audit Committee Meeting

• To liaise with other Divisions/Departments regarding corporate projects organised by IAD

• To support ad hoc activities, e.g. work improvement initiatives on Document Management System

Requirements:

• Completed secondary education with formal secretarial/commercial training

• Minimum 2 years’ secretarial experience

• Good standard of spoken and written English

• Hands on PC knowledge and experience in using different types of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
